    Storing your personal information
    Your information is securely stored. We keep records supplied to us by individuals for only as long as it is required and we conform to the requirements of the individual. All records are stored digitally on secure encrypted hard drives and password and VPN protected computers.

    When no longer required (usually after a period no longer than 6 months) records are removed entirely from our database by digital erasure. Hard copy databases (print) are not kept by McKie Associates. Hard copy (print) is only outputted as labels for posting and are not kept or filed.

    If an individual becomes our client or supplier then that person may be kept on our database permanently or until our association with them changes.

    Supplier companies, Freelancers and Clients are placed and kept on our database permanently or until our association changes then they may be deleted from our database.

    Any Supplier Company, Freelancer or Clients can request to view or request deletion of their details at any time by contacting McKie Associates. We dispose of database information by digital deletion.
